Open Spotify on your phone, tap the search bar, tap the camera icon and point it at the code. The song opens and plays. It works on free and premium accounts. Not the Spotify app? Any barcode app will not read it: it is Spotify-only.

A clear photo with good light and one or two faces, taken close enough that faces are large. The engraving is made of small dots, so fine detail (distant faces, busy backgrounds) softens. Our preview shows you exactly how it will engrave, and the brightness and contrast sliders help a lot.

We engrave within 3 business days of payment, then courier delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on where you are. Collection in Bloemfontein is free.

Because each plaque is made to your design, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once it has been engraved. If it arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not match your approved preview, we replace it or refund you in full. See the returns policy.

100 × 150 mm (roughly a postcard) and 148 × 210 mm (A5). Both are 3 mm thick cast acrylic. Add a clear stand if you want it upright on a desk.

The scannable code is a Spotify feature, so the track must be on Spotify. Most music is, including many independent releases. If you cannot find a track, try pasting its Spotify link straight into the designer.

The design is engraved into the painted back and viewed through the clear acrylic, so the front is smooth glossy acrylic. It resists everyday handling, but like any acrylic it can scratch if rubbed with something abrasive. A damp microfibre cloth keeps it clean.

Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT and more) are handled securely by Yoco. You can also pay by manual EFT: we reserve your order and start engraving when the payment reflects.
