Delivery policy

Every plaque is made after you order, so delivery has two parts: the time we take to make it and the time the courier takes to bring it.

Production time

We engrave, fill and check your plaque within 3 business days of receiving payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend start on the Monday. Around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and December we may quote longer times on the site.

Courier delivery

We ship with The Courier Guy (or an equivalent tracked courier) to any street address in South Africa. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, longer for outlying areas and farms. You get a tracking number by email the day it ships.

Delivery costs R99.00 per order, and is free on orders over R899.00. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Collection

You can collect in Bloemfontein at no charge. We email you when the order is ready and arrange a time.

Packaging

Plaques are packed between foam sheets in a rigid box. If the box arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and note the damage with the courier if you can.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check the address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available after the courier's attempts, we will ask you to pay the courier fee again to resend it.

Outside South Africa

We do not ship internationally yet. Contact us if you need a plaque sent abroad and we will see what we can do.
